A recent 4-day trip to the hospital left me wondering if I was going to survive the experience. After my release, I promised to eveyone who listed to me rant and rave that I would write to help otrhers avoid a similar experience. Time passed, and the "sick victim" experience passed and so did my ambition to write the book. I had taken many notes that I may post at some time, but new "rants" occurred that took precedence. So I resolved to at minimum find a book that I could recommend to anyone considering a stay in the hospital. This was my find. It has pages to fill in before going to the hospital, techniques in determining the quality of care you will receive, and notes to those who will support you.
